So, the 'ol boss actually offered me a new position at work!! He wants me to be the head of the cooking staff, since I smack them around when they get something wrong anyway. Its tempting since I HATE dealing with customers, but I dont know. With being a waitress.. there's a SLIM chance no one is going to piss me off. If I work kitchen staff, its almost GUARANTEED I'll get pissed off. I want to be a chef, but that can wait... So far, I think its going to be a "no". Like HELL I'm going to pick up the slack from the kitchen.

Speaking of kitchens, I've been working on the electrical work and the plumbing for mine. FINALLY!! How long have I wanted a kitchen of my own?? Its going A LOT more smoother than when I messed with the pipes earlier.. probably because I put a washer on that stop valve that was driving me nuts. Its still a lot of work though, most of my free time is going to getting the basic stuff done. I've been reading lots about it, making sure I'm doing this stuff right.

I had Love help me the other day... which somehow sounded like a good idea at the time.. DONT ASK. I was PROBABLY drunk or sleep deprived when I told him to help!!! Well... I was fixing the outlets and he thought itd be funny to turn on the power because he HAD to listen to music and his mp3 player wasnt charged.. NEEDLESS to say... I threw a fit and kicked him out of here for a while!!!!! Soooo... to anyone out there, if Love comes knocking looking for a place to stay, thats why!!!

Work went by fast, even though I got my FAVORITE regulars today... meaning the ones who are friends with the owner and think its fine to be loud, obnoxious, and make a mess. THEY PISS ME OFF SO MUCH. Seriously! I was about to shove their "modest" we-can-act-like-complete-assholes-and-give-you-a-huge-tip-and-its-automatically-ok tip right where it belonged.. but I think the boss recognized that look on my face and sent me out to take out the trash.

I was pretty pissed off most of the day.. when I got home, I REALLY was tired of coming back to a grill to make dinner... I talked things through with Hachi and he thought it was a good idea to get a kitchen. I've saved up enough... why the hell not! I ended up sending Love out to get food for the night. Guess I'll start grabbing some books the next couple of days.

So I guess EVERYONE is remodeling bathrooms at the same friggin time because I cant find a decent book on that crap!!! At least fixing the pipes isnt that hard... got sprayed in the face a couple times, got ALOT of my clothes sopping wet...but ITS DONE.

Friggin Love used all the hot water again this morning!!!!! So great! PERFECT! What a way to start the day before heading off to work, which, you know... by the way TOTALLY SUCKED!

What does Family's Diner have a sign in the front that says "We only serve dumbasses, jerks, obnoxious bitches, and loud crying babies! If you're a decent human being, we dont serve your kind here!"???

So I'm wearing the work uniform (which still smelled like oatmeal from the brat who thought it was funny to toss it behind his head, and thought it was cute to say "All done!" right afterwards to fool his dumbass parents), and my boss tells me I dont look "approachable". Apparently I either need to smile more or stop yelling so much during work. He even thought that maybe it would help if I started wearing skirts, to soften my look. So I told the jerk "Sure, I'll wear a skirt to work when YOU do." and that shut him up real fast. Pervert. I'm sure he just wanted to look at my legs, that old jackass. Again.. the day was filled with the pick of the crop.. the best representation of humanity, who still think Tipping is a city in China.

On my way home there were two Hollows about a half-block away, which was actually nice seeing as how I had steam to blow off. I had my fun, took care of them, but I was still kind of irritated.

Came home, found Love, beat him senseless for this morning and went to make lunch. I talked to Hachi about the day and he agreed with my boss... that I should smile more.. and not when I'm about to hurt someone. He knew I had a rough day and offered to do the laundry tonight. Sometimes, I'm really glad he stayed here. Love... that dumbass can get his own place any time now -___-x
